Campus Dining Services is participating in the James Beard Blended Burger Project™ and needs your help to win! Every Tuesday through December 12, the Black Coats station in the C4C Dining Center will be serving up our signature "Boulder Burger" at lunch. This delicious creation is made with a bison/mushroom blended patty and is topped with Haystack Mountain Wall Street Gold cheese, local corn and cabbage slaw, house-made Sriracha aioli all on a caramelized onion bun. It is our official entry into the competition and every vote gets CU-Boulder closer to the honor of winning best blended burger and you (the student) closer to the chance of winning the $1,000 campus gift card!
