Ralphie's Cooking Basics

Join your fellow students to learn basic cooking techniques!

Ralphie's Cooking Basics will be taught on Thursdays on a first-come, first-served basis from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm. All materials will be provided.

If you are interested in participating in a cooking class, the sign-up sheet will start at 5:15pm, fifteen minutes prior to the class, at the base of the stairs of the Village Center Dining and Community Commons. Space is limited to the first fifteen people who sign up, so please be sure to arrive early. In order to participate in the Ralphie’s Cooking Basics class, closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times when in the kitchen.  Please check back for updated information because classes are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
