Join us for this monthly event led by our registered dietitian nutritionist, Allison Smith, and sustainability expert, Nicole Grisham. We'll be covering a variety of topics throughout the semester that are focused on helping students learn about various topics around food. There will be activities including food tastings, interactive projects, giveaways and more. No need to sign up, just show up!
All sessions are held in the C4C Dining Center 6:00-7:00 pm.
- Tuesday, September 12: Delicious: Join us to find out more about how the food we serve in our dining center is prepared and the culinary teams behind it. You will get the chance to build your own balanced bowl and watch as Chef Carl prepares it for you!
- Tuesday, October 10: Innovative: Find out what new and exciting ideas Campus Dining Services has in the works and what it has recently implemented.
- Tuesday, November 14: Sustainable: Learn about our sustainable dining initiatives and how you can play an important role in the process.
- Tuesday, December 12: Healthy: Become familiar with all the nutritious choices Campus Dining Services provides to you, how to build a balanced plate and all the health and wellness resources available on campus.
